If you should find it necessary to return an item, simply contact us to arrange for a replacement, or a return and refund. Once we receive the item, reimbursement will be issued in the original form of payment. Please read the following for more details.
Merchandise
- Unused back issues, Special Interest Publications and store merchandise may be returned within 21 days of receipt of your order.
- If an item is being returned, please call 613-591-0116 for instructions.
- Returned items must be in sellable condition to apply for a refund or exchange.
- All in stock items will be shipped within 3 business days of order receipt.
- Regular shipping charges apply and are non-refundable.
Subscriptions
- Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Reimbursement will be issued in the original form of payment and will only cover the unused portion of the subscription.
Shipping
- All in stock shop items will be shipped within 3 business days of order receipt.
- All shop orders are sent from Kanata, Ontario.
- Please allow for up to 2 weeks for the receipt of your order from the shipment date.
- Canada’s Ultimate Story releases 4 magazines annually, to be shipped out at the start of February, May, August, and October.
- Legion Magazine releases 6 magazines annually, to be shipped out at the start of January, March, May, July, September, and November.
- Please allow 6 – 8 weeks for delivery of your first issue when purchasing a subscription.
